The Team Dayton Juniors program believes in allowing players to have free range of motion within our 20 x 30 or 25 x 35 training grids without restrictions and not being confined to small boxes.  It is our philosophy that each player be allowed to move freely in our training and game environments.  Team Dayton Juniors staff coaches will emphasize technical development of each player using small sided games as our primary training tool.
